Hello,

We assume hidden link is a newly created site. Please ensure that Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) credits are assigned to it. For details, see: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/automatic-translation-subscription-for-multiple-sites/

Please follow the steps below to confirm you have enough Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) credits and, if needed, add more.

- Go to Pages or Posts and choose an item that has not been translated.
- Click the + icon to add the translation.
- In the Advanced Translation Editor, check whether a “Not enough credits” notice appears with a “Get more credits” link.

If the notice appears, click on the “Get more credits” link to assign/purchase credits and complete payment. Then retry the translation and confirm you are getting the expected result.

If the issue persists, please visit the following pages and check if you are getting any alert messages or warnings.
