I am trying to: add a German language and I already have Danish and English versions and went to check the Translation queue but, WPML was unable to show them.

Instead, I got: I have inspected and saw a 404 error on the console. I have attached an image of it.

Also, REST is not enabled.
the error is showing on the Support tab also. I have attached an image for that also.

Hi there,

Before this ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues I will add the first reply.

Would you please check if there is any sort of possible plugin/theme conflict going on?

- IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website.
- Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes".
- Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins except WPML and its add-ons.
- Check if you can still recreate the issue.
- If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem.

For the REST issue, you might have a code that turns off WordPress REST API as it should be available by default. Or maybe one of the plugins you use does that which the steps above will also reveal that.

Thanks.

Well, what I can see is, that I had to refresh or just go to the permalinks tab and save it. and it worked. this happened after I added the German version.

I also, had 20000 credits before I had chosen pay-as-you-go. was it used and was I charged after using those credits?

also, I want to add Multicurrency only for the German version. how do I do that?

Hello,

I think this ticket is already resolved. I split this ticket into two new ones, so we can further answer your questions regarding WPML:

https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-was-i-charged-after-using-those-credits/
https://wpml.org/forums/topic/split-add-multicurrency-only-for-the-german-version/

If you require any further assistance regarding the translation's queue, please don't hesitate to ask us.

Best regards,
Lucas Vidal
