I am trying to resolve an issue with lost credits after updating the Elementor and RankMath plugins on my site hidden link. I followed historical support tickets to solve the problem but without success. Each time the Elementor plugin is updated, I lose all my credits. The error shows that my webpage was moved to IP address hidden link, which is nonsense. After trying to recover and register the production site again, my credits were set to zero, even though I know I have at least 100k credits.

As for the issue where this happens after the Elementor update, we are not aware of this nor it happened on the clean website.
I suggest you create a staging site, create a backup, and then try if the same issue happens there, and 2nd try if it happens when using the WP default theme and only WPML plugins and Elementor enabled, all others disabled. Might be something causing problems.
