This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is using Elementor Pro and WPML on a Hostinger Cloud Starter plan. They have created two templates per language for their website: Header and Footer. While the header templates are translating correctly and changing with the language, the footer templates, which were functioning correctly, stopped working correctly after adding Arabic translations.
Solution:
To translate Elementor when using WPML, it is required to install the WPML String Translation plugin. This can be done by navigating to Plugins > Add New and selecting the "Commercial" tab in your WordPress dashboard. For detailed guidance on how to translate content created with Elementor using WPML, please visit the following link:

Hello,
I am using Elementor Pro and WPML. Hosting the site on Hostinger Cloud Starter plan - everything is up to date, no cache is enabled both for Elementor and WPML, no 3rd part caching plugin is installed and cleared cache from Hostinger.
What I am trying to achieve:
Have two templates per language: Header, Footer

The problem:
Header templates are translated just fine and as language changes, they also change.
However, it's not the same for footer. It was working just fine - until I added Arabic translations to the templates.

My thinking so far:
If the issue was language itself, I expect headers to be broken as well.
If the issue was footer template, I expect it not to work until I add Arabic translations.

Any help is appreciated

Hello,

It seems the minimum server requirements are not being met:
https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

Could you please increase the WordPress memory limit (WP Memory Limit) to at least 256 MB? WPML requires at least 128 MB.

Your current values are:
PHP Memory Limit 512M
WP Memory Limit 40M

To do this, you need to connect to your website's server and open the wp-config.php file in a text editor. The file is located in the WordPress root directory.

Add this code to the wp-config.php file to increase WordPress's memory:

define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');

Add this just before this comment:

// That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging.

The current values can be viewed under WPML > Support > WordPress.

These settings can be restricted directly by your hosting provider. Therefore, I recommend contacting them and asking them to change them directly if the changes are not applied automatically.

After adjusting the limit, please edit the original templates and then update the translations to 100% using the WPML Translation Editor.

If this does not solve the issue, please let me know.

Best regards
Andreas
