Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, it's important to know that the 'Bravis Addons' plugin isn't currently WPML compatible. However, this doesn't mean that it can't work. Elements or widgets from page builder addons like Bravis Addons often need to be recognized by WPML first to be translatable.
