Problem:
The client was experiencing an issue where the French version of a page was automatically redirecting to the English version.
Solution:
We identified that the issue might have been related to a cache problem. After cloning the site, the redirection issue was resolved. If you're experiencing this, we recommend clearing your cache or trying to clone your site to see if it resolves the issue.

We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Background of the issue:

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

This can happen since you are using the same slugs for both languages. It is a general recommendation in the WordPress ecosystem to use unique slugs for different pages etc.

Please try to use different slugs for "activities" and "senderismo-en-familia" in your 2nd language and check if that helps.

Thanks, but, due to tagging strategy, I need the url to be as it is right now. I have many other page with the same pattern with no problem at all.

Hello,

It looks to me as if the page is not yet translated into French and Italian and instead you use the fallback to setting to display the original content as long a translation does not exist.

Could it be that this page until now only is translated to 100% into Spanish?

Translations will only show up on Frontend if the content has been translated to 100% when translating the content for the first time.

If this will not clarify the cause of the issue, please let me know.
