Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and have already opened a ticket regarding an issue. The ticket was closed without giving me the opportunity to respond. I have purchased a credit package in advance and assigned it to the website, so it's not a credit problem.

Symptoms:
Automatic translation isn't starting.
