Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a widget on my site hidden link using WPML. I see an option in Widgets and I am following a tutorial: hidden link.
Symptoms:
When I select a language, duplicate the widget, and select to show it in the other language, the first widget switches to 'ALL' language. I can't find the widget in the string translation.
While one of my teammates addresses your ticket, I will guide you through the initial steps.
Could you please provide more details about the widgets?
In some cases, screenshots can help clarify any confusion or miscommunication. If you'd like to share a screenshot, please use the "upload an image" feature located below the comment section.
Before proceeding further, may I request you to try to reproduce the issue at this sandbox site? hidden link (one-click login).
I've setup WPML here, while you can either use this setup as it is to reproduce the issue, or can upload your theme and required plugins via Themes/Plugins -> Add New (respectively). This way we can investigate the problem without compromising your live site and can provide a solution accordingly.
Please take your time and let me know when you're ready. I'd be great if you can also provide the steps you took to recreate the problem.
Regards.
