Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the navigation menu on my website. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The menu is not showing in English as expected; instead, it appears in German.

Questions:
Why is the menu not showing in English?
How can I fix the language display issue in the navigation menu?
