Background of the issue:
When logging in to the dashboard, I see the error: 'We have detected a problem with some tables in the database. Please contact WPML support to get this fixed. User 'xxx' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 64000)'.

Symptoms:

Questions:
I attempted to fix the issue using this guide: https://wpml.org/fr/forums/topic/user-database_username-has-exceeded-the-max_questions-resource-current-value-33451/, but I lack the necessary privileges due to shared hosting limitations.

We also have these two lines in wp-config:

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?
Are we at risk of blocking database edits?
