This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the currency switcher dropdown on a newly created test product page.
Solution:
We found that the issue was due to the absence of the "Currency Switcher" widget in the custom Divi layout for that specific product. To resolve this, we recommend adding the currency switcher Widget to the layout. Here's how you can do it:
1. Edit the product page with Divi.
2. Add the "Currency Switcher" widget to the layout using the "Sidebar" module.
3. Save the changes and check the product page to ensure the currency switcher appears.
If you're experiencing this issue, please follow these steps to add the widget to your custom product layout. If this solution doesn't seem relevant to your problem, please open a new support ticket with us, and we'll be happy to assist you further.

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

We've been dealing with an unusually high number of tickets over the past few days, resulting in a slight delay in our response times. But, we are trying our best to reduce the time. Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

I understand the issue you're having. Would you please try the following and check if that helps to fix the issue?

- Please go to the "WooCommerce Multilingual > Multilicurrency" tab
- In the Currencies section, you'll find an option named "Show only products with custom prices in secondary currencies". Make sure that the option is checked.
- Save the changes and clear the caches from your site and browser.

Sinc the price in each currency configured manually, hopefully, enabling that option will solve the issue.

Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

This currency option has always been checked, and when viewing that product in a private / incognito browser, I still don't see the currency option.

What do you mean when you say:
Sinc the price in each currency configured manually, hopefully, enabling that option will solve the issue.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

Enabling that option will enable the display of products with custom prices for each currency. Often, toggling this option on or off resolves issues related to the currency switcher on the product page.

Since the issue persists, a closer inspection will be required to understand the root cause of the issue.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

Hello There,
Thank you for sharing the access information.

I've checked and successfully been able to detect what mainly causing the issue. It appears that for each product, you've created a layout using Divi. Upon closer examination, I noticed that the "Currency Switcher" widgets was not included in the "Euro Test Product" layout. This is the reason why the currency switcher was not visible for this specific product.

When I added the currency switcher Widget through the "Sidebar" module(Screenshot: hidden link), it started to appear properly. Please check this screenshot: hidden link

So, in case of custom layouts, please always make sure to add the widgets so that the Currency switcher can appear properly on the Product page.

Please let me know if that helps or if you need further assistance in this matter. I will be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
