Background of the issue:
I am trying to get the header template to look the same in both languages on my WordPress site using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link. I expected the header to be the same as in the default language, which can be seen here: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The header template in the secondary language is completely different from the default language, missing crucial elements, and I cannot make it look the same. A whole class has gone missing in secondary language, margin/padding not the same, layout not the same, logo much bigger, alignment wrong, etc.

Questions:
Why is the header template different in the secondary language?
Why are entire classes missing? They are there in the FSE!
How can I make the header look the same in both languages?

I fixed the issue by using CSS, not the most elegant solution, but I don't have time to get to the bottom of it
