This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client needs to synchronize changes made on the homepage in the main language (Lithuanian) with the other language versions of the site.
Solution:
If you're using a WPML-compatible theme and the WPML editor for translations, you'll need to re-translate the page to synchronize the changes across different language versions. If you're updating content manually, you will also need to apply these changes manually to the pages in the other languages.

Hi, My homepage is available in three languages, with Lithuanian as the main one. In the Lithuanian language version, I made updates, such as changing a picture. How can I synchronize the changes with the other language versions? Is it even possible? Or I have to edit each page separately?

Hi,

After updating the default language page, all translations will be flagged with a "needs update" icon (loading circle). Simply click on each translation icon to review. Only new content requires translation, existing translations remain unchanged. To sync, complete this for all translations.

For automatic updates, enable "Translate Everything" mode in WPML settings (WPML->Settings->Translation Mode-> Translate Everything).

For more details, visit WPML's automatic translation documentation.

Hi, I meant not text translations but pictures / page styling. If I change, let's say, the background on the main language page, does WPML have the possibility to synchronize changes with other language pages, or do I have to do it manually, and go to each language's page and change the background as many times as I have different languages?

Hello,

if you are using a compatible WPML theme and using a WPML editor for translation, you will need to re-translate the page and then changes will be synced.

If you are doing it manually you need to do this also manually on 2nd language page.

Drazen
