This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the automatic translation credits they sent to 'tbktransport.pl' and requested the removal of an old development site 'seospace.eu/tbktransport' from the WPML credit management system, which was still showing up despite not existing anymore.
Solution:
We advised the client to first try removing the old development site from their WPML.org account by logging in, navigating to 'Register WPML on your sites', locating 'seospace.eu/tbktransport', and clicking the trash icon to remove it. If the site was not visible there but still appeared under 'Manage credits for Automatic Translation', we suggested removing the credits directly from this section and then reassigning them to 'tbktransport.pl'.
Steps included:
1. Log into the WPML.org account.
2. Navigate to 'Manage credits for Automatic Translation'.
3. Locate 'seospace.eu/tbktransport', click 'Add/remove credits', and then 'Remove credits'.
4. Find 'tbktransport.pl', click 'Add/remove credits', and 'Add credits' to reassign them.
After these steps, the client should verify the credits on 'tbktransport.pl' by checking the 'Translation Dashboard' under the 'Translation Tools' tab in WPML.
