Background of the issue:
I'm using WPML to translate the Woocommerce 'Product categories' widget on my Elementor site. This widget is inside the Elementor Mega Menu widget.

Symptoms:
In the English translation, these categories no longer appear in the Mega menu.

Questions:
How can I ensure the 'Product categories' widget appears in the English translation of the Mega menu?

Thanks for contacting us. I've checked, and you can try to use another method to translate the menu. You can refer to "Translating Menus That Appear Different in Each Language" as explained here https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-menus/#translate-menus-different-per-language

Edit the translated menu manually and check the mega menu options.

Hi Kor, thanks for your reply.
However, this method doesn't work because it's not a navigation menu.
It's a mega menu in which there are several tabs and each of these tabs has a ‘product categories’ widget and it's these widgets that aren't showing up

I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.
