The client was experiencing issues with product slug translations not working, even after saving the settings in the permalinks and WooCommerce Multilingual slugs sections.

We recommend resaving the WPML Custom Post Type (CPT) settings to fix the issue with product slug translations. This solution was successfully tested by our 2nd Tier support on a development site. Please try resaving the WPML CPT settings on your production site. If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it\'s outdated, we suggest opening a new support ticket.
