Problem:
The client requested a refund for the WPML plugin.
Solution:
We asked the client if there were any technical issues or anything not working as expected that we could assist with. We also offered help with any questions about setting up WPML. If the client still decides that WPML does not meet their needs, we recommended requesting a refund within the first 30 days using the form available at https://wpml.org/purchase/refunds/.

If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
