Background of the issue:
I am trying to review the automatic translations on my site hidden link. I want to edit the automatically translated text.

Symptoms:
When I try to edit the automatically translated text, I don't have that option. Instead of + to add the text, I only have review, and that review is not working. When I click on it, the page only loads, and I cannot change anything.

Questions:
What can I do to edit the automatically translated text?
Why is the + (add text) option not showing?

Can you try disabling Cookie Law plugin and see if this fixes the issue? Everything points toward a cache issue but it's not easy to pinpoint exactly what the problem is.
