[Resolved] Smartslider shortcode does not work on the translation page

I SEE THE SHORTCODE OF

PRESTO PLAYER

AND

SMART SLIDER

we have issues with the home page other pages have changed and we are able to visit but everywhere we see the shortcode displaying

but on the home page shortcodes and bold text are not converted - PFA the screenshot

please let me know an urgent solution ASAP

Hi,

There is an issue with the plugin Perfmatters activated on your site. If I deactivate this plugin, the shortcodes are rendered properly. Can you please confirm shortcodes work on your end?

yes it is working fine now thanks any work around what setting of perfmatters was causing the issue

Hi,

It's the option "Script Manager" on the page Settings > Perfmatters > Assets. Not sure how it affects the slider but on my local host, even if I deactivate WPML, I see the same results.
So I think the issue does not relate to WPML in this case. I suggest you can contact Perfmatters support to ask for more information.
