hello please, i have a similar problem with hotelsinvenice.com which uses WPML + Divi + Rank Math like caalvise.com
Some pages appear correctly translated when viewed online, but in the WPML backend I’m asked to “translate again,” even though the content is already available in the correct language.
In some cases, when I click “Edit Translation” (for example, on the Home page), WPML opens a new empty translation page instead of loading the existing English content.
This makes it impossible to edit or update translations normally.
I’m attaching several screenshots showing:
the Pages list (both languages),
the Divi Builder interface,
the difference between the frontend (visible in the correct language) and the backend (missing or mismatched translation link).
I suspect the link between Italian and English pages was lost in the WPML translation table (possibly after editing with Divi directly).
Please check and advise how to restore the correct relationship between the original (Italian, default) and the English versions without creating duplicate pages.
Please elaborate on this problem and explain if it is exactly the same as in the other ticket. If not, please tell me how to see the problem and give me access to hidden link. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply. Privacy and Security Policy

The access details you provided for hidden link do not work. I get this message: "Indirizzo email sconosciuto. Ricontrolla o prova ad usare il tuo nome utente." Please see the attached screenshot.
Please check and provide the correct access details. I'm enabling a private message for the following reply.
I checked the home page, and I can see the translated content. If it needs updating, you would need to do so manually in the Classic Translation Editor.
Best regards,
Osama
