Regarding the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips, I can't do that workaround because in the file wcpdf-pro-multilingual-full.php the code is different and non existing in my file.
You can split the issues, but the issue is the same for both email and pdf some strings are translated and some strings are not.
In this ticket, we will continue to check the issue with the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips plugin. You wrote: "I can't do that workaround because in the file wcpdf-pro-multilingual-full.php the code is different and non existing in my file."
I couldn't find the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce - Professional plugin. We don't have it. Can you please install it on the sandbox site so I can proceed and esclate this issue to our compatibility team? It might be that the code in the files has been changed or moved, and we will need to adjust our errata page. Please use the same sandbox site at this link:
Thanks for installing the PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce - Professional plugin.
Indeed, the file has changed, and the code from the errata is no longer in it. I checked our internal records about this case, and it turns out that the authors of the plugin have already fixed the issue. It is only that our compatibility forgot to update the errata page and mark it as resolved. I'm sorry for this.
OK, after further testing, I realized that the problem with string translation only occurs when checking out with the MakeCommerce for WooCommerce options. I added the details about it in the escalated ticket from the other ticket we have about this issue: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-doesn' t-translate-some-pdf-and-email-strings/.
I'll keep you updated when I have news from our second-tier supporters.
