This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was unable to translate a specific segment of their website because it was not being sent for translation through WPML's Translation Management. The segment in question was the browser-generated text for file input fields, such as "Examinar... No se ha seleccionado ningún archivo."
Solution:
We informed the client that the text they were trying to translate is actually generated by the web browser and not by the website itself. Therefore, it cannot be translated via WPML. This text will automatically appear in the language that the user's browser is set to. We recommended the client to test this by using different browsers or changing the browser's language settings to see the text change accordingly. If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend you to verify if the text is indeed coming from the browser. If it is, then it will not be possible to translate it through WPML or any other part of your website. Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket.
