We send translation jobs to the Memoq translation service. We select complete pages to be translated. From this pages are some parts are not received back from Memoq, which results in having web pages in the translated language with here and there some parts in the source language on it.

We use the Gutenberg page builder with STACKABLE blocks.
As far as I can see, all text strings are sent to Memoq. Also, everything is translated by Memoq from English to French, but some parts of the translations are not displayed in French on the website.
For example, an inner column (Stackable) with:
Heading (Stackable) (displayed in English)

Icon list (Stackable) (Partly displayed in English, partly displayed in French)

In the xliff file received from Memoq, I see all strings translated into French.
Any idea what could cause WPML to display it this way?
if the xliff has everything the issue is not with MemoQ
Try this, duplicate the page using Yoast Duplicate Post and see if you still have the issue translating manually (just use dummy translation, no need to copy everything)
In both cases, try also to deactivate all the plugins and the theme except WPML ones + Stackable and see what happens
I found what is the consistent factor for the text parts which are not showing.
In the WPML translation editor for the effected page all the texts parts which show in English instead of French have the tag "package-string" on the left side. While the other text parts which show correctly have tags like "stackable/heading", "core/paragraph" or "stackable/icon-list" in front of them.
What could be the reason WPML is giving this "package-string" tag?

Did you recieve the xliff file and extra info i send with the credentials?
What maybe could help is, we translated 10 pages of which 2 where without any problem.
