This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client purchased the WPML Multilingual Agency but the plugin page still indicates that the WPML account has expired. Attempts to refresh the account status were unsuccessful. Additionally, the client cannot access the End User account or remember its details.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Ensure you have a full backup of your site.
2. Navigate to your account page and delete the key for the site.
3. Go to WP -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site".
4. Refresh the page and then click on "Get a key for this site".
5. Copy the newly generated code.
6. Return to WP -> Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial tab and register the site with the new key.
If you are unable to access the End User account, try recovering it by requesting a password reset to the registered email, in this case, ally.garrett@isentia.com.
If these steps do not resolve the issue or if the solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, you can open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML support forum.
