We translated many pages, but the plugin fail to identify sections for some of the pages. For example:

First of all, I would suggest you increase your WP Memory Limit since this is a minimum requirement for WPML

That being said, it's likely that the section not detected are custom widget for Elementor, possibly from the theme.
If that's the case, you'll need to add the XML for these to be translatable. I would suggest you reach out your theme's author and sharing with them our documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/
