Tell us what you are trying to do?
We have some global elements in Avada / Library. We translated it before to other languages. After some days, all of texts are changed back to English version.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
NO
Is there a similar example that we can see?
that does not happen in the staging site.
What is the link to your site?
hidden link

But this link is invisible in this moment because it is in the review process.

I can provide you an account in the staging website that is a copy of live site.

Hi there

If the translated element reverts back to the default language after some time, I suspect it would be triggered when the original language version of the element has been updated.

In that case the translations would be due an update, although they shouldn't change until they actually are translated, but it could be that something goes wrong here.

Could I get access to the staging server, then, please, so I can examine the set up.

Can you confirm an Avada global element where I can see the issue, and which I can use for testing?

Let me mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.
