Problem:
There is an issue with the String Translation table on the client's site, which could potentially become a critical problem in the future.
Solution:
We recommend that the client activates WPML on their site, navigates to WPML-> Languages, and checks if the languages are selected correctly. If the languages are not correctly set, the client should select the appropriate language. This action may resolve the issue.

Please note that this solution might not be relevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the problem persists, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. There is a problem with the String Translation table in your site. This problem is not causing a problem running the site right now, but can become a critical issue in the future. WPML support team knows how to fix it. Please add a message in the relevant support thread and we'll fix it for you.

Thank you for the package, I'll download and try accordingly as I am almost at end of my shift, and 'll be able to get back to you by tomorrow.

I appreciate your patience on this because such things take some time (download, setup and investigate).

P.S.: I've also asked my team if anyone is available and can look into this in the meanwhile (if possible).

Please activate WPML on your site, go to WPML-> Languages, and check if the languages are selected correctly.
