Problem:
The client is unable to find a way to translate the global footer and other templates created using Divi Theme Builder.
Solution:
If you're experiencing this issue, we recommend navigating to the WPML >> Translation Management page. From there, select the Divi header/footer/body templates and send them for translation. For more detailed instructions, please refer to this documentation: How to Use the WPML Plugin to Translate Theme Builder Templates.
If the problem persists, please add a debug report in the Debug Information box. You can find more information on how to provide this here: Provide Debug Information for Faster Support.

Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. Background of the issue:
I made 20 templates using Divi Theme Builder for my site hidden link and I am trying to translate the global footer and other templates.

Symptoms:
I can't find any way to translate the global footer and the other templates.

Questions:
How can I translate the global footer made with Divi Theme Builder?
What steps should I follow to translate templates created with Divi Theme Builder?

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Please go to the WPML >> Translation Management page, choose the Divi header/footer/body templates and send them for translation and see if this resolves the issue.

Got it! Now, how can I change the main language of a translation. The footer is in Spanish but it says the main language is Catalan. That's wrong. On pages, I can change the main language with no problem. But how can i change the footer or any other divi theme builder templates to the correct language?
