This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where all 'saved' layouts from the media library are appearing in the translation list, even though this information is already on the pages, and they only show as not found when clicked. Solution: We recommend that the Translation Manager use the filter available in the Translation Manager interface. By selecting "Pages" from the "All Types" dropdown and clicking the 'Filter' button, they can view only the pages in the list. This method helps manage which content appears in the translation list, although it is not possible to control which post-type content is available to each Translation Manager.
If this solution does not apply to your situation, or if it seems outdated, please check the related known issues and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, we highly recommend opening a new support ticket here.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.
Background of the issue:
I have completed the setup for my site and am getting my client to translate to German. I have given him access to the translation manager, and he has started on a few modules.
Symptoms:
All of my 'saved' layouts from the media library have also gone into the translate list, but all of this info is already on the pages. When you click on them, they only show as not found.
Questions:
How can I remove the saved layouts from the translate list and just show my 14 pages?
Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I understand what you're looking for. Please note that users with Translation Manager privileges should be able to see all posts from every post type in the Translation Manager list. Unfortunately, it is not possible to control which post-type content is available to each Translation Manager.
If you'd like, you can ask the Translation Manager to use the filter available in the Translation Manager. By selecting "Pages" from the "All Types" dropdown and clicking the 'Filter' button, they can view only the pages in the list.
I hope you can understand. Feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I'll be happy to assist.
I am also having an issue that the translation manager has checked and made changes to a few pages but the information is not being saved his end. Therefore he has to do it again. Why is this happening please?
this is the response that my colleague gets when he tries to make changes to the german translation.
It means "An error occurred while transferring the translation"
I have increased the WP memory limit as this was showing as too low but this hasn't resolved the issue. Could you help please. As far as I can see I have enough credits for the translation.
I think I might have resolved my issue from earlier - however a second issue I'm having, I would like to add the language selector as a menu item next to the search icon or just underneath it. I have also added it as a floating widget, but would like it to appear nearer the top, is this possible too please? I will then choose one or the other.

Thank you for the reply. However I am still having issue with the language changes not saving once translated into German. Why is this please? Are you able to look at my settings?
We go into the edit box and click to edit, makes the changes and try to save. Some times it has said saved, but others it hasn't and we see the error message, but the edits are still there in the edit box.
When I go to a page I only get offered the google translate for the language change, but when clicking on the flag for german in the menu which is generated by the plugin, it won't stay on the german translated page. It defaults back to english.
I am losing trust in the plugin and so is my client, can we solve this quickly please?
I have disabled the plugin as it is causing all sorts of issues throughout my site. I need immediate support here or a phone call/zoom call please. I can't function with 24 hrs between my replies. jo@one2onedesigngroup.co.uk is my email if you can link with zoom please.
