I have a plugin installed called ReviewX and I've translated most of the string for the plugin. However, there was some issue with the translated page as you can see in the image. Star rating wasn't showing and number of customer wasn't showing for a certain field when I've translated all of them as it is. Thanks.
Before proceeding further, please ensure you have correctly added placeholders while translating the plugin, for example, %02d. Was this working before you did the translation?
It might be possible that the rating needs to be added separately in other languages. Have you tried adding the rating in Chinese or any other language and checked if it appears correctly?
For the placeholder, I just copy it across from the original language as seen in the image earlier. It works fine for all other translation in this format except few of these.
With the star rating, what do you mean by that? How should I do it please? Thanks
Since the issue and I‘ve found and move on to this other plugin that WPML claim that it is compatible with (CusRev). However, I am having another issue as below.
I've allow the translation with WPML under Language in CusRev settings and also allow show reviews in all language under WPML MultiLingual. However, as you can see in the snapshot, in the Chinese translation, the summary bar is missing and in turn the "add a review" button is also missing too.
Besides that, is there any way that I can remove the "show only review in ___ languge" option? Thanks.
