Translation string on Greenshift doesn't found

riccardoT-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to translate a string on my site hidden link using WPML. I have read the documentation and contacted Greenshift for assistance. Symptoms: I can't translate a string, and the page remains at 80% completion with some words not translated. Questions: How can I translate the remaining strings on my site? Why does the page remain at 80% completion despite my efforts?
