Problem:
You are unable to access your store's orders from the WooCommerce app when WPML is activated, although products are synchronizing correctly.
Solution:
1. Ensure you have a backup of your site.
2. Disable all other plugins, leaving only WPML plugins and WooCommerce active.
3. Switch to the WordPress default theme.
4. Check if the issue with order synchronization in the WooCommerce app persists.
5. If the problem continues, provide access to a staging site for further investigation.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to access my store's orders from the WooCommerce app, but they are not being synchronized. The products are synchronizing correctly. When I deactivate WordPress Multilingual, the orders work as expected.

Symptoms:
The WooCommerce app is unable to access my orders when WPML is activated. Orders are not being synchronized, although products are.

Questions:
Why are my orders not synchronizing when WPML is activated?
How can I resolve the issue of orders not being accessible in the WooCommerce app with WPML active?

Hello,

seems it took a while, so I have created this ticket.

1) Please try next and confirm issue still happens

- Make sure you have a backup.
- Disable all other plugins and leave active only WPML plugins and Wocommerce
- Switch to WP default theme
- Check if the issue still happens.

2) If yes, please share staging site access so I can take a further look.

Thanks, but I need proper admin username and password so I can also test with WC app and see if it works or not. Via temporary login I can not create or edit users.

thanks.

I have just checked with WP default theme and all other plugins disabled using only WPML plugins and WC, I log in via WC app on my mobile, and it works and shows up fine all orders.

Can you please check and see if you still get same issue in this staging site in these conditions?
