Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate my site's products and their attributes using WPML, but the translations are not appearing even though credits have been used. You can see the issue on these pages: hidden link (default) and hidden link (translated).

Symptoms:
The product and its attributes are not translated despite credits being spent. The content is not translated as expected.

Questions:
Why are my site's products and their attributes not translating even though credits are used?
How can I ensure that translations are applied correctly after credits are spent?

Hello there,

I'll help you get started while a supporter takes your case.

If you open the product in the translation editor, do you see all the content there?

Try doing it using these steps to kill 2 birds with one stone:

- Go to WPML > Translation Management
- select the product you had translated
- Send it for translation but this time select "translate myself" instead of the automatic translation
- Now go to WPML > Translations
- Search for the product and click the translate/edit button
- Check what you see there.
- Is it all you want to see in the front-end? are you seeing content in the editor that is translated but it's not in the front-end? where does it come from?

Gather all that information and send it to use alongside the product link that you checked and we can try to check it on our end and further help.
