This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing a menu transition issue after updating to a new version of WPML Multilingual CMS. The site functionality related to menu transitions is not working as expected. The client has confirmed that version 4.6.7 of WPML Multilingual CMS is stable with their site.
Solution:
We asked the client to confirm if the issue is not present in version 4.6.7 but occurs in version 4.6.9, including the updated WPML add-ons. If the client is using a staging site, we recommended trying our beta plugin 4.6.10-b.1. We provided instructions on how to install beta versions of WPML, which can be found at How can I install beta versions of WPML?

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case. If this is the situation, we encourage you to open a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Thank you for contacting WPML support. While you are waiting for one of my colleagues to take this ticket and work on it, let me provide you with first debugging steps or if I can perhaps help with the issue quickly.

Can you please share exactly the issue you are encountering with the menu translation? Please share concrete examples and screenshots, if suitable, so we can better understand what is not behaving as expected.

hello Team,

We are currently using an AFC plugin integrated with Front End react.js technology which is hosted in our WPEngine server.

However, we are using WPML as a translator for the site in 6 environments. On upgrading the WMPl plugin to the latest version, the text translation of the plugin is not working as expected.

it's granting access to load the page but it's changing the Header menu and Footer menu as expected.

as we want to go back to the previous pages it does not load the prefix of the translator to the page.

Kindly view the below video for reference.

however, we see the same issue triggering for all the instances. kindly check and let us know of any feasible solution for this issue.

Thank you for sharing the video.

Just to confirm, the issue is not occurring with version 4.6.7 but with version 4.6.9 (including the updated WPML add-ons), is that correct?

If you are using a staging site, you can try our beta plugin 4.6.10-b.1.
