[Waiting for user feedback] Yith request a quote not wokring after PTC translation

This ticket has been inactive for quite a while. I didn't get a reply from you. So, I've transformed this chat into a support ticket because you may still need our help.

The following is what I wrote after your last comment. To proceed, I need answers to the questions I've asked.

It is unclear to me how this problem could have happened only because of sending the products for translation. In any case, I must have a copy of your site before you send the English product for translation. I need to see the problem in action. This way, I might be able to trace where and how the problem occurred.
Can you provide me with a copy of your site before this problem occurred?

Was it with WPBakery?

Hi Rene,

I checked the copied site hidden link and noticed that the default language of all posts (including post types) is English, and you changed the default site language to German after using WPML.

So, it is the original product

and this is the translation product

In the original product, you add the shortcode

[yith_wc_quick_order_form id="2952"]

which will show the list of products by using YITH Quick Order Form (yith qof), post ID 2952, post name "Playful Single Child (KSE)".

You add some product variations to the YITH QOF post but they are not displayed on the original product page hidden link

If I add a parent product to the list, it is displayed on the frontend as well.

There are 2 issues:

1. The product variations, that are selected in the YITH QOF post, are not displayed on the frontend.

2. The translation YITH QOF post doesn't show the translation products on the page hidden link

Regarding issue 2, I fixed it by using the custom XML configuration code in WPML > Settings > Custom XML Configuration

    <custom-field action="copy">yith_wc_quick_order_form_products_chosen_radio_button</custom-field>
    <custom-field action="copy" type="post-ids" sub-type="product">yith_wc_quick_order_form_products_selected_select_multiple</custom-field>
  </custom-fields>
</wpml-config>

so WPML can copy and adjust the custom field value in the box Products Choosen when you edit the YITH QOF post 2952 and translate this post. Please read more about translate custom fields in the documentation

Regarding issue 1, I'm not sure if YITH QOF supports showing product variations in its form. Can you please recheck this? Or share the site hidden link credentials so I can take a quick look. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.
