This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue with an 'empty button in the profile' and has previously contacted us for assistance. The issue persists, and the client has confirmed that the English language filter is working correctly. They are seeking further support to resolve the issue without disabling WPML.
Solution:

We have asked the client to temporarily disable WPML to determine if the issue persists, as this can help identify whether it is related to WPML or another factor. This step is crucial for troubleshooting and does not imply that WPML is the cause of the problem. We are awaiting the client's findings to provide further assistance with the WPLMS support team.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists after following these steps, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please open a new support ticket with us.

Hello, we've contacted you before regarding the issue of "An empty button in the profile." https://wpml.org/forums/topic/an-empty-button-in-the-profile/
The problem still hasn't been resolved, so we are reaching out to you again to ask for assistance in resolving this issue.
Our English language filter is functioning properly, so why should we disable the WPML? You have all the necessary access, so please carry out all required actions.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

Meanwhile this ticket is attended by one of my colleagues, in the other thread it was mentioned about $wpdb->get_results which isn't a WPML filter.

So our team wants to understand that where it is coming from. That's why they requested you to disable WPML and see if that still happens?

Please let us know your findings and we'll try our best to help you further on the matter.

Regards.

Hi,

I don't see any reason to contact WPLMS support here. The question is if you can still reproduce that issue if WPML is deactivated. Therefore, we only need this information to narrow down the problem, tested in both ways with external code and without. Please test this on an isolated staging environment.

Please let us know.

Best Regards
Marcel
