Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

1) I noticed from the debug information that you are using WPML v4.6.9, please update to the latest version (it would be a good practice to update all the plugins that might require updating).

2) From the screenshot you shared, I noticed that there is a notification showing that you need to map the German language to a supported language, please check on WPML -> Languages -> Site Languages section -> Edit language that your German language is mapped correctly (please check the attached image).

After, please check if you are able to review the translations and let me know.

Regards,
Marsel

Hi,
I have updated all the plugins.
I dont want to map German language. I want to autotranslate only Spanish, French, Chinese, and Japanese.

I am facing an issue with autotranslate. I try with the help of WPML forums. But the problem is not resolved.

I want to know the process. like, If I made some changes in the default language. Then, what steps do I need to take to view text changes in other languages?
Can you please guide me step by step?

Hi,

When using autotranslation after you make a change in the default language the translation languages will update automatically.

To view the changes made in the other languages you can go to WP-Admin -> WPML -> Translations and click the "Review" button for the translation you want under the "Actions" column.

---

On your previous ticket you mention that when clicking the "9 translations waiting for review" nothing appears, which might be related to the German language not being mapped (as maybe those translations are for the German language).

If you need further help, I would need temporary access to your website to investigate this issue and understand it better.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.

I would need to access your site's WP-admin.
Your next reply is set to private so you can provide the username and password details.

Thanks,
Marsel

Hi,

Thank you for the access, I was able to check your website.

1) On the wp-admin top bar is a notification saying that you need to map the German language for automatic translation to work (that is not referring only to the German language). (Please check the attached image).

2) Also I noticed you are using prepaid credits and to continue using automatic translations you would need to purchase credits or switch to pay-as-you-go, please check this link for more information.

3) After you make a change on the homepage, on the sidebar under the language section each language will initially show the arrow-spinning icon, and after the translation in each respective language is completed it switches to a pencil icon (please check the attached image). The image, in the German language, shows the pencil as I edited the homepage and just saved the translation without making any changes.

* Another thing I noticed was that you are using the WordPress editor, we do suggest using the WPML translation editor.

* The plugin Advanced Custom Fields PRO requires an update, and to prevent future issues with it I suggest you proceed with the update.

I would gladly help you with the video example on your site but you would need to follow the instructions above before that. Meanwhile you can check this hidden link" rel="noopener" target="_blank">video here as an example.

Let me know if you have further questions or need further assistance.

Regards,
Marsel
