This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to translate the permalink for WooCommerce products to different languages (e.g., /produit in French, /product in English), but after saving, the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency Status tab indicates it's not translated. The WPML Settings page also shows it's not saved, and the URL always displays the French version (/produit) instead of the expected English version (/product). Solution: Clearing both the site cache and object cache might solve the problem, as caching can often prevent changes from displaying immediately.
If the solution provided here becomes irrelevant due to updates or does not apply to your specific case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should these steps not resolve your issue, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at WPML support forum for further assistance.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate the permalink for WooCommerce products: /produit in FR, /product in EN. I did it, I saved, but the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency Status tab says it's not translated. The WPML Settings page says it's not saved even though I clicked Save. In my website URL I don't see the translation, I always see /produit (the FR version).
Symptoms:
The WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency Status tab indicates the permalink is not translated. The WPML Settings page shows it's not saved despite clicking Save. The URL always displays /produit instead of the expected /product.
Questions:
Why does the WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency Status tab say the permalink is not translated?
Why does the WPML Settings page indicate the permalink is not saved?
Why do I always see /produit in the URL instead of /product?

It seems like this user account is not an admin or super admin account, as I have limited access to the dashboard. It looks like a Shop Manager account.
It would be ideal if you could give the user the role of super admin and leave me a comment here once you are done.
