Custom template strings in Backend not translated on FrontEnd.

jelenaP-2	Tell us what you are trying to do? => I have custom added translation of string in String Translations menu option. Translations are saved but not display on front end. If I Enable AutoTranslation Option then it display translated strings in Backend otherwise not. Please check How can I fixed this issue? Is there any plugin conflict. Is there any documentation that you are following? =>https://wpml.org/documentation/ Is there a similar example that we can see? => What is the link to your site? => hidden link

I understand you are using a custom code to display the string on your site. I would like to inform you that helping you with custom code, is out of the scope of WPML. However, I suggest you follow some steps below and see if it helps: 1. Use the gettext function to register the string for translation. Then go to WPML > Theme and plugins localization > Scan strings in the theme/child theme. Please follow the documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/support/enabling-text-translation-for-themes-not-compatible-with-wpml/ 2. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on the button "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box" and generate mo files. If you are not able to accomplish this, I would recommend you contact one of our certified partners who will be more than happy to help you with this. jelenaP-2	Actually main issue is that WPML not compatible with Popup-maker plugin screenshot here : hidden link that's why it's not translate some strings on front end. Please provide best solution for this. My Staging website is : hidden link Live website is : hidden link I am working on staging website.

Can you please help me replicate the issue on a clean installation of WordPress so I can take a deeper look? You can access the admin area with this link hidden link Kindly follow the steps below: - Don’t restore your site there. - Install Popup Maker plugin and create your custom string. - Try to replicate the issue with minimal steps. - Then let me know the steps to replicate it.
