Since these 2 addresses have a different domain name and also this ticket was created by a user with a different domain, we will need to validate this request as legit first.

Yes, exactly. To clarify - we have too may accounts, so I would like to delete mine (Isabella Hämmerle) and change lena to hallo@edlab.at (because that is the genereal administration e-mail from our company). I can log into lenas account (she left the company) and I have all the passwords etc. I just cannot change the e-mail from the account because the hallo@edlab account already exists. do you know what I mean? We just want to change it so in the future we have one central admin e-mail that hast access to everything (the license, the pay as you go feature etc...) you can see screenshots in the attachment.
