Tell us what you are trying to do?
I updated my EN footer (this is a Divi layout edited in Divi Builder)
The FR footer doesn't change.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
EN : See footer : hidden link
FR : See footer : hidden link

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support, I will gladly help you.

Could you please try to follow the workaround from this errata: https://wpml.org/errata/divi-global-footer-translation-is-not-displayed-upon-changing-the-default-language/ and see if this resolves your issue?

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

* Please, if you are using any cache mechanism try clearing the cache as well.

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.
This is not working.

I can see a translation in French for review when I select layout name in translation management but when I accept the translation, I cannot see it live.

Can you help me further?

Hi,

Thank you for the update.
I've noticed from the debug info that you are using WPML 4.6.9, please update to the latest version (v4.6.10).

Also, please update any other plugin that might require an update on your website and check if the issue persists.

* Note: Please make sure you have a full backup of your website before making any updates/changes to your website.

Hi,

I would need temporary access to your site's WP-admin to investigate this issue and understand it better. Please create an administrator user using any email address you prefer.

Please fully back up your site (files and database) and confirm it in your next reply.
