There are two ways to translate widgets with WPML. Each widget has a language setting. By default, the language is set to "All languages". In this case, you translate the widget at WPML > String Translation, and WPML will display the respective widget in each language. If you use this method, please revise WPML > String Translation for the widget's translations and make sure that the strings are assigned to the correct source language: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/how-to-change-the-source-language-of-strings/ In cases where this first method does not work out as expected, it would be advisable to create one widget per language and set the language for each.
