I cannot translate my footer's website

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate their website's footer.
Solution:
We recommended translating the footer as any other widget or theme option. To do this, the client should use the WPML String Translation module. We provided documentation on how to find strings that do not appear on the String Translation page and how to translate admin and settings strings:

We also confirmed that translating the string "our services" was successful. The client needs to locate the remaining strings, add them to String Translation, and then translate them.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your specific case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. You need to find others, add them to String Translation and translate.
