This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was charged twice for the same service, once through PayPal and once with a credit card, due to the PayPal transaction initially not appearing to go through.
Solution:

Please look into my payment history. The first payment with PayPal didn’t go through so I paid with a credit card. But the first payment didn’t cancel and just went through?! So no I got charged twice. Please refund the payment with PayPal. Thanks!
