This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You've updated the main navigation and added new pages, but the translated pages are not showing the updated navigation.
Solution:
We recommend going to Appearance → Menus and using the language switcher at the top of the page to switch to the Spanish menu. Once there, review the Programs dropdown and add the missing items, such as Behavioral Health and Wellness. It appears that the navigation was updated in the default language menu but not in the Spanish version. After updating and saving the Spanish menu, the navigation should display correctly on the translated pages.

There are to issues we're having, but the urgent one is that we've added a few pages, updated the main navigation, and translated pages are not showing the updated navigation. So

Page 1: Programs dropdown is correct:

Page 2: Updated nav not showing under the Programs dropdown (e.g., missing several, like Behavioral Health and Wellness):

Hello,

Thanks for reporting this.

In this case, please go to Appearance → Menus and switch to the Spanish menu using the language switcher at the top of the page. Then review the Programs dropdown and add the missing items (such as Behavioral Health and Wellness) there.

It looks like the navigation was updated in the default language menu, but the same changes were not applied to the Spanish version of the menu.

After updating and saving the Spanish menu, the navigation should appear correctly on the translated pages.

Regards,
Drazen
