I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and Theme and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

Thanks for the access details. I checked the issue and found that the translated page doesn't have the same layout as the default language page. (Kindly check this hidden link)
After checking further, I noticed that the translated pages use the WordPress editor, not your page builder, so it could be a compatibility issue.
Please log in to this sandbox site and install the "Colibri" builder. Then, please create a page with the same layout and translate it. (hidden link)

Thanks for your enquiry. We are having problems with Colibri with several plugins. So today we have decided to build a completely new site with a different theme in a sandbox.
