Background of the issue:
I am trying to access the pages in English version. But the URLs are opening in secondary language i.e. French / German and without the language directory (/fr/ and /de/) resulting in 404 Page Not Found errors. There are lots of URLs with the same issue. This happens for all three custom post type detail pages (Blogs, Resources and Events). Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link and attached are the screenshot for your reference.
Symptoms:
The URLs are opening in the secondary language (French/German) without the language directory, instead of the expected English version.
Questions:
Why are the custom post type URLs opening in the secondary language without the language directory?
How can I ensure the URLs open in the correct language with the appropriate directory?
Languages: English (English )German (Deutsch )French (Français )

As soon as the urls are wrong and give 404, create a package using such as https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ while the issue is still available, so don't resave permalinks, try to clear cache or similar issues that make the 404 resolved
I will try to deploy the website on the localhost and observe the issue.

We have encountered this issue with its consent fluctuations working on the pages ( resource & blog ) etc and users. Already you can check it's redirecting to the 301 FR (see above image google developer tools already show this ) language without clicking on the language changes. The language URLs have conflicted with either the slug auto-generation or the slug auto-creation on the dashboard as per our thinking and research . create a Duplicator package on the website so you doing to the further process .I would appreciate it if you could have a look at this because the customer and client have been having this issue for a while.
We’ve noticed some inconsistencies with URLs on the site, causing intermittent issues on various pages. I will share the Google Developer Console logs for further analysis.
Specifically, we're encountering 404 errors on the French-language versions of the Blog and Resource pages, even without any manual language change. Customers have reported this issue via email, stating that the pages are not accessible. We are also experiencing the same problem on our end.
Active URL going to the 404 any redirection and again 30second and 1 minute it's show live it's affected on those FR and DE EN language .
According to our thinking, wpml plugin crashes some other plugin, so could you please check some script or some string passed to the other plugin as well. can you please help me on this because our customer facing this issue and mail to us .

Thanks for the additional details. Here’s how we can make real progress:
1. Please share 2–3 specific URLs (EN or FR/DE) that are currently showing the issue. If the issue is gone by the time I check, I can't analyze what’s going wrong.
2. Since these problems appear and disappear, it’s important to create a Duplicator package immediately when the issue is happening, before clearing cache or saving permalinks. This will allow me to clone the site with the broken behavior and debug locally—without needing to guess.
3. Based on your notes, it sounds like WPML might be conflicting with another plugin. Once I have the package, I can check plugin interactions, rewrite rules, and language redirects in a controlled environment.
Let me know as soon as you’ve created the Duplicator snapshot during the issue. This is the most efficient way to reach a solution.
