I have attached to screenshot. 1st one is unlocked image in home page and second one page unlocked image in home page other country domain like ( sltl.com/en or sltl.com/fr)
I want to remove on banner slide in other country home page slider. Just want to keep 4 slider in sltl.com domain but other home page like sltl.com/fr or sltl.com/en want to show only 3 slider. But i am not able to remove or change image bcz its showing locked.
Just want to know how is it possible. if image is locked in home then all images should be locked then why news section and product slide section images is unlocked.
We are not happy with WPML plugin we are facing issues from 1 and half year but your support team is not able to fix our issues.

By default, when using our Addon "Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual" the images are copied.
You can translate content with two methods:
- WPML Translation Editor (same layouts and content in all languages)
or
- WordPress Editor (different layouts and content in different languages)
If you use the field group setting "Same fields across languages" to translate the content with the WPML Translation Editor, then the image is copied and locked, as this mode expects to have the same content in all languages.
If you use the field group settings "Different fields across languages" to translate the content with the WordPress Editor, then the image is only "copied once" and you should be able to replace it.

If you need to use the Advanced Translation Editor, you could set the field group to "Expert" mode and then set the image field to "Ignoere", "Copy once" or "Translate".
If the field is set to "Copy" it will be copied again any time you translate the content with the WPML Translation Editor.

Those are two different fields that might make use of a different setting on each field group or each field.
Please verify the translation preference of each filed group and in case you use the Expert mode verify the setting of each field.
If the field is set to "copy" or the field group is set to "Same fields across languages" then it would be expected that the field is locked.
