Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development, roadsmiles.com, and I imported a new folder but cannot see the items in translation management. I imported these pages from a different website, and they are all in the minivans folder. The pages have language identifiers in the URLs but are just in English.

Symptoms:
The imported pages are not appearing in translation management, and they are showing as English despite having language identifiers in the URLs.

Questions:
How do I delete all directories with the URL structure hidden link??/minivans/akureyri/?
How can I ensure that imported pages appear correctly in WPML's translation management?

Hi,

You wrote:

The import process you conducted is not clear to me. It sounds to me like a process that can't work with WPML. What do you mean by importing the pages into a folder called 'minivans'?

WPML can work with WordPress and WooCommerce's default import process and several major import plugins like WP All Import Pro. You would need to install our bridge plugin, WPML Export and Import. Please read about it here: https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/wpml-export-and-import/.

Are you following the correct import process?
Which import plugin are you using?

You also asked us to confirm that everything is correct now, but I'm unsure what to confirm.

Please share your site's Debug information if you need further help with this issue. You can read about it here: http://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

Regards,
Itamar.
