Background of the issue:
I have many elements that are the same for several pages (disclaimer text, etc) that I was hoping to read or edit from one central location. I have scanned the shortcoder plugin for strings, and for each shortcoder object, I have an available submitted translation.

Symptoms:
On the live page, the default language (English) translation shows among the translated French strings on that page.

Questions:
How can I get WPML to recognize that there is an available translation of that shortcode?
